Halloween celebrations started last weekend, continue this weekend and continue (surprise) into actual Halloween night.
It is traditional in Colorado for the weather to turn cold and wet on Halloween to disappoint little kids in flimsy costumes looking forward to trick or treating.
Take your grandchild out early and then get yourself inside to a party.
